Its a great time for us knitters and crocheters. Only 5 years ago, we would have had to go down to the local yarn store and purchase overpriced and not very pretty project bags, needle cases, stitch markers, etc. Thankfully, in today’s online world, this is no longer the case! Here is a list that I have compiled of (in my opinion) the most stylish and cool knitting and crochet accessories that I could find online.
If you don’t already know, I am an affiliate for Knit Picks. I am a huge, huge fan of their yarns and excellent supply of knitting tools. I have yet to be disappointed with the quality of anything I have ordered from them. I love that these totes are made from 100% organic heavy duty cotton and they have a few adorable options to pick from too. Perfect for holding your crochet or knitting project.
These non-snagging stitch markers are just so pretty to look at and come in a variety of colours too. They are a bit pricy, but they have great reviews and will make your life much easier when increasing and decreasing or knitting a complicated stitch.
This stunning circular needle set is definitely on my holiday wish list. These light weight, durable, needles appear to be a knitters dream come true! They also come in a beautiful limited edition Rosewood box.
And for my crochet buddies, Clover Amour hooks are my favourite! They have padded wide grip handles and come in a gorgeous variety of colours based on the hook size, making it easy to figure out what size hook you have grabbed without having to hold it up to the light and squint at the barely there number that you find on regular crochet hooks.
Sometimes the most simple things are exactly what you are looking for. These double pointed needle tubes are perfect for knitting on the go, or just to store your double pointed knitting needles. No more searching through your drawers or knitting bag for each and every single needle required for the pair of socks or mittens you are working on.
Amazon is full of treasures when it comes to knitting and crochet accessories. Like this super cute crochet hook case from Tenderheart Shop. Just be careful when buying a case for your hooks online that it will hold your comfort grip hooks. Most of the cases you see out there are for traditional crochet cooks without the wide grip handles.
How cool is this keychain!!! It holds a double ended crochet hook (one side is larger and the other smaller). So the next time you drop a stitch, you have an easy fix right there with your house keys!
I bought a pair of these for my daughter last year. She was 6 years old at the time and just learning how to knit. The great thing about these needles is that they are shorter and easy for little hands to grip. And the little hearts at the top are so adorable and help her keep track of which side she is knitting! My daughter loved them and still does. So if you know a young one who wants to learn this super fun craft, this is the perfect gift.
And that’s it! I hope you enjoyed my list. If you know of any other amazing finds, I’d love to hear from you and may even add them to my list.
