I have named this pattern The Ultimate Knitted Scarf because that is exactly what it is!  With two kids in hockey, I spend a lot of my time bundled up in layers of warm, not always flattering arena friendly attire.   And now that we are beginning another season of me freezing my bum off, I decided to knit a scarf for myself that would not only keep me warm and cozy, but also be luxuriously soft and stylish.  I chose an uncomplicated pattern stitch too,  so that I could knit while watching TV.

This beginner friendly pattern creates a stylish, cozy, soft, warm, beautiful infinity scarf that is the perfect length to wrap around your neck exactly three times.  I chose my favorite soft bulky yarn: Knit Picks Biggo, and whipped this scarf up in just a few hours!  I know that I’ll be wearing it all season long – and if you are looking to make the ultimate knitted scarf as well, try out the pattern and let me know what you think in the comments below!

I have written out and posted the free pattern for this cozy scarf below on this page.
